Free shipping is available on eligible online orders shipped within the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing times

In-stock electronics usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Vehicle-specific interfaces and special-order parts may require additional lead time—we will notify you if an item is delayed.

Carriers & tracking

Orders ship via major ground carriers. Tracking numbers are emailed when the label is created. Signature may be required on higher-value amplifiers, head units, and security systems.

Heavy & oversized items

Loaded subwoofer enclosures and multi-box amplifier packages may ship by ground freight. Delivery windows can be longer than small-parcel service.

Installation scheduling

Shipping and installation are separate. After your parts arrive (or if you buy in-store), schedule bay time so harnesses and dash kits are on hand.
